The Calypso Calypso Recording Revival Project is officially in motion, inviting new, upcoming, seasoned, veteran, and junior calypsonians, composers, arrangers, instrumentalists, and musicians from Trinidad and Tobago, the Caribbean, and the diaspora.

A Movement to Rejuvenate Calypso Globally

This is a movement to raise the standard of Calypso production, open doors for new and established talent, create fresh rhythms, give composers new opportunities, and position Calypso for serious local, regional, diaspora, and international exposure.

Selected participants will have the opportunity to work with some of the best arrangers, musicians, producers, and cultural builders while contributing to a powerful new chapter in the history of the artform.
